Database Estimator Tool

Has anyone tried using the database estimator tool lately? I can't get it to work now but have used it before. Any ideas?

As this is the first time seeing this particular  message I would wonder if there is something unique to your environment.  A quick search in the Microsoft SQL Server forum did turn up this which  may be helpful.

This appears that it could be related to a configuration of the default db according to this article.
