Hi,
customer had CRA 3.5 scripts with DB reads. They had CRA Enhanced agent licenses and enhanced is not supposed to support DB reads/writes. See previous question here:

Now I got the script imported into UCCX 8.5, but I can still see DB read steps. Am I correct to assume that if I call this scripts it will either fail or those steps will be skipped?

i think i know what's going to happen. Since this is enhanced and not premium, I don't have Subsystem > Database menu, hence I won't be able to setup data source for the script and therefore DB reads are useless.

CCX 8.5 will enforce the license at runtime. If the script hits a database step it should fail and execute the system default error script attached to the application (i.e. "We are currently experiencing system problems...").
