Hi,
I'm building Contact Centre setup with ICM version 11.0.1. Currently in ICM Call Router, DBAgent Service is getting restart automatically on every 30 seconds with the error "ra-dba Trace: Partner has requested a restart due to incorrect LastUpdateKey or partner is still initializing."
Due to this, I'm not able to do any configuration on the AW configuration manager.
Can some one assist me on this?
DBAgent logs in the attachment.

Can you attach router logs for both the sides. And DBA logs from other side.

Hi Sasikumar,
Sorry for the delay response.
Issue was because of incorrect hostname of Router mentioned on the Logger setup and due to that Router process was not able to receive the LastUpdateKey information from Logger and that's why DBAgent process getting restart every 30 secs.
Once we have the correct hostname details, everything starts working.
