Hello Community,
Has anyone had success using dCloud to demo UCCX outbound IVR campaigns? I cannot get CCX to recognize that the call is connected. I believe the SIP configuration in CCX is incorrect. I had to point it to CUCM just to get my outbound calls to not fail. I tried pointing CCX to CUBE, but no luck, and I cannot access the CUBE to see what it's config looks like or run any debugs.
Outbound preview calls work fine since they use the agent's device instead of the CCX SIP dialer.

Hi Anthony,
Sorry for the delayed response. There is a way to open a ticket and as it turns out, dCloud only supports Direct Preview from an outbound perspective. The UCCX outbound dialer isn't setup correctly in dCloud
