I am running CUCCX 5.0.
One of my desktop supervisors is unable to view the agent statistics and agent states in the CSD.
They have a laptop and desktop, and they can view fine from the laptop but not desktop. Any suggestions? They are using the same login for both machines.

I've seen this with CAD and enterprise and most of the times it's had to do with Black Ice or a firewall installed on the PC.

David, you are correct! I disabled windows firewall and all is fine.
Any one know what ports the supervisor uses so that I can create an exception in the firewall?

For UCCE there is a Port Usage document defining all the TCP and UDP ports the products use. I would imagine Express has a similar document.
