Detailed Call by Call Report keeps on loading and several error pop up

Dears, 

We are having a problem with the detailed call by call reports. 

It keeps on loading and then pops up several error among which is the following:

There was an error fetching value list values. Please contact your administrator.

Its a UCCX 12.0 integrated with a 12.5 CUCM

UCCX does not have an HA

Data Sources all up and green

any one familiar with this issue?

Hi, it looks like there are a couple of defects for that particular report, like this one https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvy73807
The subject line says it is for version 12.5, but the detail below says it is for v12. You might want to check this one and the others to see if this is what you're running into. Good luck.

The bug isnt related to the problem we encountered. its fixes a saved report but we are having this issue with the Detailed call by call default version.

Right, but there are a number of other defects for that same report, have you looked at the rest of them in case they're related?
