Dialer Call Result

We have seen a steep increase in Dialer Call result 9 "Customer phone was busy" and a drop in Dialer Call result 2 "Error condition while dialing" Call Result 2 was trending at approximately 700 dials/per day which has now dropped to 0. Most of the numbers resulting as customer busy are disconnected numbers and should result as SIT Tones and classified as Call result 3 "Number reported not in service by network" however these are incorrectly classified under Call result 9 "Customer phone was busy".

Can you suggest what needs to be done here.

What platform are you using (UCCE, PCCE, UCCX, etc.) and what versions of software do you have?

When we use an Outbound solution, we should be clear about Caller ID frequently. Please check with your ISP that when we push more contacts sometimes, they will block it. the reason that the caller ID does not display consistently.

Pull the dialer call result for 2/9 contacts and dial manually using a different carrier or manipulate Different caller IDs to identify.

Please check based on your version Bug ID and above is the general statement for the outbound solution frequent issue which you may ignore.
