We got one requirement from customer regarding the UCCX outbound campaign related.
Is there any option to make Dialer can assign a single agent based on the customer number.
using our third party application we can send agent details, but want to know about there is any option to edit those details and can make route the call to particular agent.
in same CSQ there are other agent also available but we have to choose the particular agent assigned to the customer dont route to another agents.

No not possible out of the box. Your best bet is to have a campaign per agent then have a mechanism which controls what records go to which campaign. Not a good process really, but I can see the use case.
