Dialer Process Down - CTI-U

Hi,
Currently have an issue with an UCCE 7.5(8), actully i'm enabling Outbound on a Progger, but the Dialer process seems to never comes up.
Dialer process is down, doesn't comes active.
Dialer process status is: [omni.Dialer.BADia
ler] [CM-A] [CTI-U] [Ports-X] [MR-X]

The MR_PIM is trying to start but never success. it goes from activating to idle several
times.

There is an image pasted but in case you can't see it preaty well is also atached on the zip file, where is also the logfiles.

Hi,

It looks like your MR PG is not installed correctly. Have you enable outbound option during logger installation? Is this ip address 10.6.20.200 belong to dialer server? Have you configured the dialer ports in HDS and VIP30 phones on CUCM for those ports? Also re-run the MRPG installer Cross Check with the IP addresses. IF those are ok then do the same thing with dialer too. Moreover if possible then please share the MR PG and Dialer installation screenshot.

Also re-run the MRPG installer Cross Check with the IP addresses. Several times have done this, same results.

IF those are ok then do the same thing with dialer too.

I've noticed a misconfiguration on the Computer name on the Outbound Option Dialer the name was wrong.
