Good day! How can I get the different Finesse layouts for my different agents? Is it possible to configure the different Finesse layout in UCCX 10.6?

Mikhail, till version 10.x UCCX only supports a single Call Variable Layout for the Finesse agents however starting version 11.x there can be multiple layouts upto a maximum of 200. Refer below:
