Different users seeing different results in CUIC reports

Hello Team, 

I have a custom CUIC report and when we run same report with same parameters (date and time) - different logins are showing different results. See enclosed screen captures.

Has anyone seen such issue ? Any pointers ?

Two things I would do:

-Make sure you're running the same report with the same parameters on the same server. Perhaps one HDS is missing some data.

-Extract the SQL statement and compare. Is there something (permissions for a collection for issue) that is causing the SQL statement to not be the same between the two?

Wow that's interesting here's what I would do:

- Login as an admin and confirm by running this report with the same parameters as each user.

- Ensure they have the same permissions.

- Ensure that their user login has the same timezone settings.

- Ensure their computers have the same timezone settings.
