Direction within Agent_Real_Time table

Hi

Does someone know, what's the exact meaning of the field "Direction" within the Agent_Real_Time table?

The description within the database schema handbook's from UCCE 8.5 up to 10.5 and also the template help of the Agent Real Time Stock report decribes the following:

1 = In, 2 = Out, 3 = Other In, 4 = Other Out/Direct Preview

I'm basically interested about the personal line and I would like to know, what's the criteria to have a basic and an other value for In and Out.

Hi Andre,

   After referring to the TAC case which you have opened.

Derived from: Agent_Real_Time.Direction.

The direction of the call that the agent is currently working on:

  • NULL = None
  • 0 = None
  • 1 = In
  • 2 = Out
  • 3 = Other In
  • 4 = Other Out/Outbound Direct Preview
  • 5 = Outbound Reserve
  • 6 = Outbound Preview
  • 7 =Outbound Predictive/Progressive
