Does anyone know how, or if it is possible, to display the caller ID info in the enterprise data pane. Right now we are using the default , layout, ANSI, DNSI displays.
All of the calls coming into the queue are from internal callers. I need to be able to pull in the Alerting Name field from the DN that is calling and display it to the agents rather than just the number they called from.
