Do you need a primary key in DBlookup

We have an issue where the database we are using has will not allow us to change to any column for primary. It was original created without one and obviously we are now looking to set it however that is failing. Do we need a primary key, is there a way where we can do a lookup without one being set- we do the "lookup" on CLI

lookup CLI to identify the caller and then use other columns for onward routing in the script

thanks

yes you will need primary key for DB lookup and using the primary keys only you perform lookup.

Thanks,  thought so

I'm looking to start to get involved cvp and studio - does this need require a primary key out of interest?
