Does UCCX support Cross Cluster Extension mobility for Agents?

Hey Jon,

Without doing any research, because it seems like you have, my thought would be that, since UCCX can only work with phones, device profiles, and users which are local to the CUCM it is attached to, the answer would be no.

EDIT: Looks like someone else just asked the same question.  What a coincidence.  A Cisco employee responded, that it's not supported, by citing a passage from the SRND.

The thing about that SRND reference is that the phone is registered to the user’s home cluster if using EMCC. It’s worth trying if you already have EMCC configured to see whether CCX is able to get the CTI subscription to work on the DN. If it works you may want to pick a doc defect fight with TAC.
