We have a HelpDesk Application/Script that is having periodic issues dropping calls. Callers will get queued up and after a few minutes the will hear the default script "We are currently having system issues....." and the call will just drop. I'm trying to find where this information will be logged and what type of errors I should be looking for.
Running CUCM 7.1.5
IPCCX 7.02_Build254

Have you tried the debug - reactive script to see where the fail occurs?
