Ran into an issue with historical Agent Detail Reports in CUIC version 10.6(1)
Duplicate call records are being displayed for random users. I have ran a resync of the database on the CUIC page, but that did not solve the issue.
The image below shows an agent's detailed report displaying duplicates but labeled as both ACD and Non ACD.
The image below shows outbound calls being captured and duplicated in Agent Detail Report
Any thoughts?

Try to extract the reports below with same time stamp and share with us. We can track the calls by reference number
