Hi,
Is it possible to disable the "cc" field in ECE 12.5 version when replying to email. cc field should not be visible to the agents.
Can someone guide how to do that..

It's not an option in ECE, that's an eGain setting, and still is as of version 17

Received reply from Cisco saying that we can disable the CC field by taking the role from Agent role itself (basically it will be greyed out) and assign it back to the required agents (if required) one by one. I think this will serve the purpose for the time being..
Checking on that and will update you.

Hi Bill, it worked and CC field is disabled and greyed out.
