Hello,
I am trying to figure out why I am getting a "ConnectionTimeoutException" error instead of the ECE gadget.
* I have added the configuration to the desktop layout for the ECE Team.
* I verified access to the .xml file on the server.
* Ports are open but I keep getting this error.

If anyone can point my in the right direction I can go from there.
