Hello all,
We have an UCCE/CVP deployment which has been working great for the last couple of years. Long story short, the VXML apps were developed by a vendor which is not working with us anymore, now that we need to modify the apps we realized we do not have the source code.
Is there a way to convert the deployed app to the source code to be opened in CVP call studio?

Do you at least have the Call Studio documenter output of the applications to make it easier to rebuild/recreate what you have? And the application weren't developed on your own Call Studio desktop but all built by someone else and then only transferred to your environment for deployment? That is unusual.

yes, I know but basically the vendor did not deliver the source code of all apps. So basically we only have the deployed app in the VXML Server. No Call Studio documents at all.

Oh, you're in a bit of trouble there. While you can reverse engineer it, it's just going to take time. Maybe have an exec on your end reach out to an exec on the vendor's end to see if they can get someone to do the right thing. I've had to do the reverse engineer thing a few times, not terrible, but not great.
