EIM default email exception queue

 Dear All,

 

Every day few emails are going to default email exception queue .

Every day administrator can pick the mails from  exception queue and transferring  to configured email queue .

  

We verified between EIM  - MR PG and pim logs  there is no network flap or routing failure between the system . Please let me know how to stop exception queue mails .

There could be several reasons as to why an email would route to the exception queue. If I had to guess, your issue is likely tied to your workflows, not the ICM side. The two biggest culprits within the workflow are the Start node and the Branch node. The Start node could be missing the email address/alias... the Branch node could have one of several problems that could happen, especially when dealing with the operands.
