Element Error in Cisco Call Studio

We are using the hotevent element in Call Studio to capture all the events. But for the below error in activity log; what is the event we need to write in event field for capturing it?

 

11/21/2017 18:24:46.520,,element,error,

We have used below events in call studio but none is capturing the above exception:-

error.com.cisco.media.resource.unavailable.tts
error.error
error.badfetch
vxml.session.error
error.system
com.cisco.CustomException

The very first thing is what that element does?

The hot-event element can only capture the http errors event reported by voice browser, it can not capture the error which gets generated within element or the element exceptions, for that you have to use event handling available in element it self.
