Elements within Dashboard are no longer selectable.

Version 12.6(1) Build 12.6.1.10000.21

I create dashboards for our small call center teams which display Agent Name, Agent State, Reason, Duration, and Extension. What the agent is going to route the call to its destination, they have been able to highlight the extension number from the dashboard and copy it to their clipboard allowing them to paste it into Finesse for a Consult transfer. Today, none of the elements within the dashboard are selectable. This was tested in Chrome and Firefox. 

 

Reviewing the source data of the page, there is a parameter called "Unselectable" and the value is set to "On". Is this an aspect that we request changed to "Off" so teammates can return to simply copying the extension for quicker more exact transfers?

If it's not the same, it is very similar. I read that to be speaking about output of report data in CUIC which drives the dashboards. I share the dashboard data to the users via a permalink viewed in Chrome. I just confirmed that I cannot highlight the data within CUIC after running a report without exporting. If these are the same, I'll click "Accept as Solution". Thank you!

It does sound like the same, but two suggestions:

* What if you have the agent copy it from a report and not a dashboard? I am assuming same scenario, it won't work based on the bug above.

* Have you considered setting up phone book entries in Finesse to allow for the agent to do the transfer, instead of this copy and paste method?
