Hi, there's a number of developers offering an enhanced CTI OS agent desktop with a browser (so in fact, they can run the EIM agent within the browser) (or, anything else that is able to act like a web page).
Just a reminder: CTI OS will be phased out slowly, Finesse is "the" new desktop.
