Hello Experts,
I would like to setup an outage prompt or message for one of our clients during crisis and this should be enabled by dialing a 4 digit number. If it's disabled status call should land and work as normal. Please help me how to do it. If possible step by step procedure and where I have to place If variables etc.

This has been asked before here and I belive Cisco has sample scripts posted on the "script repository", the best approach is to store the variable in an XML file and update it via the dial in script and read from routing scripts.
HTH,
Chris

Could you be kind enough to let me know the "Script Repository" access link. I tried but unable to find it. I found many posts similar to my request but could not find how to link the XML outage scripts with main routing scripts (users calling scripts).
