Error attempting to connect to DbAgent upon save ICM script

Hi,

I have reserved the PCCE 12.0 lab and I am trying to create and save an ICM script on the AW1 machine. But upon saving the script I am getting an error "Error attempting to connect to DbAgent". Kindly advise what could be the reason?

Try restarting the central controller and see if that helps. I've seen that at times some of the servers need a quick kick and they are working as expected.
