Error in IP phone

When an incoming call comes, the following error message appears on the console

DNIS 10001

Layout default

Ani 92436512  (client's phone #)

or  92436481

or an incoming phone number

Then, we have to hit the services button befiore we can transfer the call.

Is this a problem with the software or any upgrades required ?  Has anyone faced this issue earlier ?  Please help,

Do you see the option More on the phone display? If yes try clicking it and check if you see transfer option here.
