Hi, I have a question.Does Cisco Finesse subscriber show queues live data report when publisher is alive? or it shows error?
My publisher node is working and all agents can see queues live data, but when they login on subscriber node they see "Error Loading reports".

If you can provide some more information people may have some suggestions for you.
-What version of Finesse?
-Did this ever work for you?
-Do the reports work if you try and run them directly from CUIC? Is it only when you try and run them when using Finesse that they don't?

Cisco UCCX 12.5
Yes, as I remembered It has already worked.
When I try to run a live report from CUIC it doesn't work too.

That sounds correct. CCX live data is read directly from memory, not SQL, so it should only exist on the active node.
IIRC Finesse should redirect you to the active node to avoid this. It’s not doing that?

both of them are active and when one of them are not active IIRC redirects agents to other node. But today I try to login on subscriber node (Publisher is active too) and I Couldn't see live data.

I reset Cisco Finesse Tomcat service on publisher node and agents redirect to secondary ... But they can't see live data and they still see error.

I want to mention it happened after I changed 3redpartygadget password on Pub and it shows error on Sub. After that I changed password on sub to the same password and restart sub server and some services on pub. But I still has error.

I am not sure how it works with UCCX, but I can tell you something about PCCE. I have seen that Finesse sub gives live data error when CUIC sub live data source is timing out. I usually restart Live data service of CUIC - utils service restart CCE Live Data Web Service - to resolve the issue.

The subscriber should not show “Error Loading Reports” just because the publisher is active. Since the report also fails when opened directly from CUIC on the subscriber, the issue is with CUIC Live Data on that node rather than Finesse.
The 3rdpartygadget password is only used for SFTP access to upload custom gadget files. It is configured independently on each node, but it is not used by the stock CUIC Live Data reports.
On the subscriber, open CUIC and check Configure > Data Sources > Live Data Streaming Data Source. It should be online. Also verify the CUIC Reporting, CUIC Serviceability, UCCX Socket IO, and UCCX Notification services under UCCX Serviceability.
If the datasource is disconnected, restart the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Reporting Service on the affected node during a maintenance window and retest directly from CUIC. If it remains offline, check DNS, NTP, certificates, cluster status, and collect CUIC/Live Data logs for Cisco TAC.
