Hi team,
I am unable to activate an email flow in Webex Connect. When I try to make live the flow in the email application, I get the following error in the browser console:
POST https://XXXXXXXXXXXX.eu.webexconnect.io/connectapi/v1/service/24019/flow/updateWfRule 400 (Bad Request)
This is a Webex Contact Center with digital channels configured in Webex Connect and I believe there is some misconfiguration on my end but I can't find where the problem is.
Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,
Yes, I tried with browsers Edge, Chrome and Firefox in private mode, and the behavior is the same.
It seems that there is something wrong with the email flow sample in GitHub - CiscoDevNet/webexcc-digital-channels
I believe the issue is on Configure Email Event node (the one we can't delete), after creating a new email flow from scratch and copied all the nodes and configuration from the sample, I'm able to make it live in the App.

Can you send a screenshot of what you mean? Also, does it happen to other users, if they try and make it live as well? Have you tried logging in under Private/Incognito mode as well?

Hi Bill,
Below the screenshots with browser dev tools activated before and after trying to make live the email flow:

After pressing the Make Live button I got a red popup with OK message, and the message error in dev tools console:
Many thanks,

Did you try it with other users though? And did you try it starting from Private/Incognito mode?

Thanks for sharing but that is strange, otherwise none of the ones people pulled would work. Have you sent a message to the user who posted the code on the github in case they're aware of the issue?
