Example post call survey (email) in uccx 10.6

Hi All,

I am looking for example script which sends email to customer for an survey.

I know there has been lot of threads for Post call survey using CAD transfer button to another trigger (survey scripts).Sample scripts have been provided as well for that however i  haven't seen any example for email survey script.

Any help will be appreciated .thank you.

I would personally handle this outside of UCCX. Maybe have UCCX write to an external DB, but then have an external system trigger the emails and responses.
