HI,
I'm running into an issue where Call Manger had an unclean shut down back in 2013 and now according to TAC I have to rebuild(see link) CUCM PUB to resolve.. TAC informed me that the users will temporarily be removed from UCCX and break all teh skills based routing that we have in place on UCCX. . Anybody know how i can pull all the agent configuration from UCCX?
CUCM System version: 11.5.1.11900-26
UCCX System version: 10.6.1.11002-15
