Exporting call Records from WFOQM aka Calabrio

Hello

I'm facing a problem where I can't export any recorded call by using the "Calabrio Recording Export", I don't have any license for it but i'm only trying to export 1 by 1, won't work anyway

I have only installed a single export utilty and it worked OK

You don't need a license for the basic single threaded version.

Do you have a copy of the "Recording Export Utility Reference Guide", have you done all the setup, shared the recording folder, copied the keystore?
