Is there anyway to export the contacts saved in the Employee Phonebook in the Cisco Agent Desktop 9.0 product?

There is one way... the books are stored in and LDAP instance on CCX, I have written some code previously to export/import the details to CSV text files. I spent a fair bit of time on it and don't want to give it away, so PM me if you are interested.
