I have IPCC 5.0(SR5) and CEM 5.0. After configuring CEM with IPCC integration i see error in tserver.log file (see attachment). I think that trouble is becouse the CEM can't connect to the CTI servers. After messages marshrutisation in the Message Utilities screen i see ExternalRoutingError(1).
Where i must enter the HostName and Port of CTI Server?
