We are facing problem with CAD while barging (Conferencing by the supervisor) the agents' calls. Pls assist on how to overcome this issue.
Is it IPCC Express or Enterprise. If CAD with IPCC Express, please provide the CRS and Call Manager
versions along with patch details.
Its Enterprise 5.0.

I managed to identify the error. Pls take the log files from CAD agents' desktop and take the error code. Thus, you can identufy the problem and solve it with the refering the error code to cisco error code documents.
