Dear Sirs,
Is the Integration of IPCC 4.5 with Call Manager 4.2 possible?
Please tell me the difference between Standard, Enhanced & Premium versions of IPCCX?
Please guide me in this regard.

There is no difference in feature sets, the difference is that 4.5 works with CallManager 5.X, where IPCCX 4.0 works with CallManager 4.X.
Outside of the integration there is no other deifference.
If you have CCM 4.2 then you need to purchase IPCCX 4.0.

Why do you want to use third party phones?
You can use Cisco phones!
CM 5.X does support third party SIP endpoints, but I have not seen an annoucmenet which ones, yet.

Ahmad,
IPCC Express 4.5 can not be installed with CallManager 4.2. IPCCX 4.5 is the compatible version with CallManager 5.X. You will need IPCC Express 4.0.

There is one more question, please tell me what is the difference between IPCC Express 4.0 and IPCC Express 4.5 because most data is available on www.cisco.com about IPCC Express 4.0 like differences between packages. Can we consider it?
