Filtered Traffic analysis report - historical reporting

Hi,

One of the helpdesks wants to view the traffic report but only for her team, rather than all the calls coming in for UCCX.  She wants to use this report as it has peak calls which none of the other reports seem to do.

She would also like to see the total number of calls per hour.

Is this impossible, or is there any way I can achieve this?
