Finding CUCM unique CallID in ICM

Hi all,

I am looking for a way to find the CUCM Call Identifier in the ICM database.

Is there any way I could do this just by  querying the ICM?

The pruporse of this query if because I am trying to match the t_Termination_Call_Detail records with the recorded call in the Verint Recording system.

You will not find the CUCM ID in the ICM DB.  Verint usually uses a combination of the router call key and the router call key day.  Verint should know how to do this without any trouble.

Thanks for the answer.

Unfortunately I've been looking at the call details I find in the Verint 360 vCRM API (htt://serverName/ultra/DynaAsp/vCRMQuery.aspx)

and found only the Switch Call  ID. This API will serve me the purpose of searching a call by ID and playing the audio file, but unfortunately I don't see match between the Switch call ID and the the ICM call key or the router call key day.

maybe I could find it by using another API?
