finesse 12.5 | 3rd Party Gadget to open webpage on http

Dear Cisco experts,

We need to configure a gadget in finesse 12.5 to open a webpage with in the finesse console. The webpage is on Http.

due to finesse 12.5 restriction ( https\TLS 1.2) is there any issue on this integration.

We deployed the gadget but the web page is not getting opened with in the finesse.

Hey Sinan.

Your page is https (Finesse) and your iframe (Webpage) page is http. This scenario is called "Mixed Active Content" and is blocked by all major browsers now

I you press F12 in you browser you should see a security violation that says is not allowed :-(.

As @Thomas G. Johannesen has mentioned, the problem is with Mixed Content which is a built-in policy in modern browsers. But that doesn't mean if we can not resolve the problem. Here is a good article that describes how to "workaround" this problem - Link Although it doesn't describe Finesse itself but shows the workaround. 
In real life asking users to change the settings may be an issue. In my past deployments where mixed mode was needed I've:

• when the customer used Internet Explorer - we used a distributed AD policy which configured the IE browser and allowed Mixed Mode Content
• when the customer used Firefox - we used a dedicated Firefox Profile which had it enabled.

Mixed content is allowed in the browser setting, and webpage is opening now but not always. Its blank for most of the time and page is loaded occasionally and I do not understand whats happening when it fail.
