I need to know is there an API that will allow me to do Dynamic Re-skilling from supervisor desktop. I know you can do it in 10.x and later so please do not tell me to upgrade...that is not an option at this point. The customer is currently running on bare metal servers which will not allow me to upgrade them about 9.01. Please respond ASAP.
