Hello Expert !
I have query i.e we have UCCX 10.0 and we are using CAD for agent and supervisor , now we planning to use Finesse .My question
is that is there any configuration required in finesse to communicate UCCX or just i have to activate finesse server ?

Be aware on 10.0 you can either run CAD or Finesse, but not both. On 10.6 with a patch you can run both at the same time which will allow you to test and have a sensible migration path.

the steps are not clearly mentioned about migration of CAD user configuration to finesse .

There is no migration of CAD config; they are two different products. You need to build out the configurations new for Finesse, based on your customers requirements.
Obviously fundamental non-CAD stuff like skills config applies..
