UCCX 10.5 Finesse logout from ready state

Hi,

It seems Finesse desktop can't do sign out while it is on ready state

You must go to Not Ready . Then you can sign out.

I see that it is working only for CAD to sign out from Ready

Can't we do this for Finesse ?

Hi-

That is correct.  The agent must go 'Not Ready' before you logout of Finesse.  They should also do that in CAD, but it's not enforced.

Edit- I guess technically you could just close the browser and their session would timeout.

Just to add to what DJ mentioned below, when you close the browser make a note of the following defect:

This is fixed in CCX 10.6 and 11.
