Finesse Dashboard Gadget = Report ?

I'm super new at this, so I need a little help getting started.

<gadget>https://localhost:8445/cuicui/gadget/LiveData/LiveDataGadget.xml?gadgetHeight=420&viewId=5D411E8A10000140000000230A4E5E6B&filterId=AgentStateDetailStats.agentID=loginId</gadget>

It looks to me like the "AgentStateDetailStats" is the report name

If I have a report I want on a Finesse Dashboard, where do I find the name in the correct format?

I found "Team State Report Definition" under Report Definitions. Looks like it has field names I can use.

Still stuck on how to add an existing Default of Custom report to a Dashboard

Any help would be much appreciated!

You may find these two guides of use, one is about the report customization and one goes over the reports in general.

Basically it sounds like you already have a report (and thereby a report definition) that you want. So you can just do a save as of the report (not the definition) of that report, and edit the views to see what you want (or don't).
