hello everyone,
searching around for finesse desktop capabilities, i came across the basic call control.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_11_0/design/guide/UCCX_BK_U3AF2742_00_unified-ccx-design-guide-11/UCCX_BK_U3AF2742_00_unified-ccx-design-guide-11_chapter_0101.html
Does this mean that an agent can make outbound calls let's say to the pstn without the use of an ip phone?
Can anybody explain the call flow?
Thanks
Kalliopi

No, you still need some kind of end point device like jabber to perform calls. That section means that through finesse you can control your device to perform this actions.
