I upgrade UCCX from 9.0.2 to 10.6 so that I can switch all users over to Finesse in graceful manner. I can open the URL for the /cfadmin with no problems and have configured the various workspace items for the various groups. When I attempt to open the /desktop browser page it doesn't load. I have tried this on Internet exploder, Firefox, and Chrome. I have another completely different UCCX server that I did a simular upgrade on and have already built and moved all supervisors and agents over to Finesse. Has anyone else seen this problem, or do I just need to open a TAC case.

I hope you are entering the correct url i.e. https://FQDN or IP Address of UCCX Server:8445/desktop. If the URL is correct then please issue below command from UCCX CLI and make sure that Cisco Finesse Tomcat shows Started
utils service list
If it shows started then also confirm it using below API:
http://<IP Address of UCCX server that is current master>:8082/finesse/api/SystemInfo
If the status shows Out of Service then please restart below two services:
Cisco Finesse Tomcat
Cisco Unified CCX Notifcation Service
After trying all of the above things, please restart the UCCX server once before reaching out to TAC. Hope this helps.

After I checked all the settings you mentioned above, I then went back and reread your post again. This time I entered https://fdqn:8445/desktop and yes it works...
Thanks for your assistance, sometimes we cant see the forest for the trees. I know this and should have entered it that way.
