Hi, we are using UCCX with HA newly setup. While logging into Finesse desktop as agent, we are unablet to get the live data. It throws an error message :HTTP 404 error : Unable to load the gadget. Contact your administrator.:
However when the agent login from the subscriber, the live data loads without any issues. Any help would be appreciated
TAC connected and worked on this issue. Regenerated the certificates, got them signed by the CA, but the issue still persists.

So TAC isn't able to resolve the issue for you?

I guess you are still working with TAC, if not, you may re-open the case. Meanwhile, check reachability from finesse primary to your live data source (I believe CUIC) and vice versa. Also capture browser network logs for working and non-working condition and check if you see any difference in requests.

Do you have the specific reports on both servers in CUIC > Reports > Stock > Unified CCX Live Data? If not, export it from subscriber and upload it to publisher.
