Finesse Disconnects Across VPN

Hi Everyone

Our help desk agents were allowed to work from home on Xmas Eve and they told me this morning that Finesse kept disconnecting alot. I wanted to know has anyone seen this before and what can I try to fix the issue for them for the next time they are allowed to work from home which will be next Tuesday and Wednesday.

I use Finesse over VPN all the time with no problems. Are they able to connect and take a call and then randomly disconnect? If so, I would blame your VPN config which is doing something strange with the state of the connection.
