Having issues with UCCE 12.5 Finesse, web based. Calls keep dropping after 10 seconds. Is anyone having this issue or know what can be causing this?

is for all the agents ur facing or with particular user?
Finesse webservice logs and ICM Agent PG ctisvr logs would give you more clarity.

finesse is getting logout Automatically in every 2-3 mins, what to check getting error 50003 in Aw-server in agent event details.

This often means that the device they were logged into went out of service/logged off, which then kills the Finesse session. to the agent they think it is a Finesse problem but it is likely a UCM problem. You can likely confirm it in the UCM logs.
