Hello,
I need help when I click the answer button in Finesse it shows lost connection and error comes up
Error Cannot perform operation. Error Code HTTP-0 while my Cisco IP communicator showing UCM down,
features disabled.
My network connection is ok about 90 to 100Mbps

Restart tomcat service in your finesse then check.

Thank you. But is it the same procedure we are just using a link into Finesse and paste it into a browser?

Yes as you login before if still same issue collect the error and paste the outcome. Error can be collect at agent level so once issue occurred again click on send error report.
Is issue occurring for same time for all users ?if yes check the network connectivity if there any latency on your network.

I'm using google chrome browser which works before. It just happen 1st week of April 2021.

Hi, this doesn't make any sense, or maybe I misunderstood.
So you are logged in, and IP Communicator is fine, and then you hit a button to answer the call and Finesse throws the error and then at the same time your IP Communicator goes down and also shows some type of error? Is that correct? I've never seen where doing anything in Finesse could cause the phone to become disconnected.
Also, please list what version of CCX/CCE you're using.
