Finesse Gadget Get User Media State in UCCE

I would like to access the users state in the ECE MRD for Chat (called Cisco_WIM, id 5004)

user.getState() only works for the Voice MRD State

user.getMediaState() only works in UCCX - I would like the UCCE equivalent.
